Logan Henry is a premier shooting guard in the 2028 class, coming off a standout sophomore season where he earned 2nd Team All-District honors and recorded 298 points with 60 three-pointers. A major highlight of Logan’s sophomore varsity season was hitting the buzzer game-winner to send Saginaw High School to the District 5A State playoffs.

Scouting reports from Prep Hoops and independent evaluators highlight Logan as a high-IQ playmaker with exceptional composure. Scouts have specifically noted his advanced footwork, his ability to use pivots to create space against larger defenders, and his “microwave” scoring ability—demonstrated by a recent 20-point performance in just 10 minutes at a Primetime event. Furthermore, he maintained an 87% three-point shooting efficiency at the GASO Showcase.

In addition to his on-court performance, Logan is a high-academic student-athlete with a 3.6 GPA. He is a lead-by-example teammate who excels at stabilizing play under pressure and navigating complex defensive schemes.

Logan began working with Coach Kellen his 8th grade year and has shown tremendous advancement in his shooting capabilities, aggressive approach to the basket, and polished fundamentals over the last two years. Coach Kel has said, “Logan is by far the most coachable athlete I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He takes our training and consistently applies it in game scenarios without fail. I never have to tell him anything twice!“

Logan’s coachability and solid character are a direct reflection of his love for Christ as well as the hard work and dedication of his parents.
